The International Conference on Nonequilibrium and Ultrafast Quantum States has been held since 2022, which aims to provide a platform for experimental and theoretical researchers working on nonequilibrium states and associated ultrafast phenomena in a broad scope of physical systems including molecules and materials.
This year, with the participation of the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter and the Tsientang Institute for Advanced Study, the Summer School & International Conference on Nonequilibrium and Ultrafast Quantum States (NUQS-2026) combines frontier lectures, hands-on tutorials, and interactive discussions covering experimental and theoretical approaches to ultrafast science. A central goal of this summer school is to connect early-career researchers from physics, chemistry, materials science, and engineering, enabling them to build interdisciplinary networks and laying the foundation for sustainable, long-term scientific collaboration worldwide.
NUQS-2026 now warmly welcomes worldwide participants.
